Verb: Simple Present Tense (Simplified)

動詞ーVerb
(am, is, are, was, were, be; 
do, does, did; 
have, has, had; 
can, could, will, would, may, might, shall, should, must, have to;
play, go, sing, dance, etc.)

Lesson 1 - 現在の時制 Present Tense
We use Present Tense for:

1. Something that is ALWAYS true.
   - I am a girl.
   - She is my mother.
   - There are 4 seasons in Japan.
   - I am not a boy.

2. Something that is true NOW.
    - It is hot.
    - I am a teacher.
    - They are not at home.

3. Something that a person REGULARLY does.
    - I work every day.
    - He meets his friends every week.
    - They always fight.
    - We don't go out at night.
    - Anne doesn't work on the weekends.

4. Schedules.
    - The train leaves at 4:16 pm.
    - The shop opens at 9 am.
